Overnight Saturday, Montgomery County Police 5th District (Germantown) officers responded to reports of a subject breaking into vehicles.
With the aid of citizen camera footage, they located the suspect hiding nearby, took him into custody, and recovered stolen property. He is believed to have broken into approximately six cars.
