Montgomery County Police 4th District officers responded at 3:16 p.m. on Friday to a collision involving a vehicle and a scooter in the 1900 block of Randolph Road in Wheaton.
According to MCPD, the driver stayed on scene, and the adult male scooter rider was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
