Marlo Furniture Offering Up To 65% Off As All Stores Prepare to Close in Coming Weeks

In August, we let you know that Marlo Furniture will be closing all six of its locations permanently. An official closing date has not been set yet, but a representative at the Rockville location shared that the store will “definitely be closing by the end of the year.”

The longtime local retailer is currently holding major store-closing sales at all six of its locations, including its showroom at 725 Rockville Pike. Several readers have recently reported seeing “driving billboards,” a group of vehicles with rooftop signs circulating around the area and advertising discounts of up to 65% off as part of the ongoing sale.

Founded in 1955, Marlo Furniture has been a household name in the DMV for decades, known for its expansive showrooms that are often three times larger than typical furniture stores and feature a wide selection of styles and price ranges.
