The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded overnight in Germantown after a resident spotted three suspects attempting to steal their car and scared them off.
According to the MCPD 5th Captain Nick Picerno, officers located the suspects nearby, leading to a foot chase. One juvenile male was apprehended and charged.
