Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Completes Multimillion Dollar Renovation

Driftwood Hospitality Management (DHM) has announced the completion of a multimillion dollar renovation at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, marking the property’s first major update in ten years.

Located at 1750 Rockville Pike, just steps from the Twinbrook Metro Station, the 315-room hotel, which includes 12 suites and two Presidential suites, has been fully refreshed from top to bottom. The renovation included all hard and soft goods, transforming guestrooms, suites, and common spaces with a modern design and enhanced comfort.

In addition to upgraded accommodations, the property’s 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space across 25 distinct venues has been reimagined to better serve business conferences, social gatherings, and large-scale events. The updates aim to elevate both guest experience and event hosting capabilities, reaffirming the hotel’s standing as one of the premier hospitality destinations in the Washington metropolitan area.

“By reimagining every aspect of the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville, we’ve created a more welcoming and dynamic space for travelers, businesses, and the community,” DHM leadership shared in the announcement. The renovation comes as Rockville continues to grow as a hub for corporate travel and events, with the hotel’s prime location offering direct Metro access to downtown Washington, D.C. and major nearby attractions.
