Montgomery County Police Issue Reminder About Armed and Dangerous Shooting Suspect

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is reminding residents about a wanted suspect, 33-year-old Deondray Darnell Osborne, who remains at large and is wanted for attempted first-degree murder and related charges following a July domestic violence incident in Silver Spring.

According to MCPD, on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at approximately 4:27 p.m., 2nd District officers responded to a domestic violence call in the 8000 block of 16th Street. The investigation determined that Osborne arrived in a silver Chrysler Pacifica with Maryland license plate 4FC4143, exited the vehicle, and fired multiple shots at a victim seated in a parked car before fleeing the scene. The victim was not struck, but their vehicle was hit several times.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Osborne with attempted first-degree murder and related offenses. He is considered armed and dangerous, and MCPD urges anyone who sees him not to approach, but instead call 9-1-1 immediately.
