A new wine shop called Tipping Point is coming soon to Federal Plaza in Rockville. The upcoming shop will be located between The Good Feet Store and a nail spa, along the same strip as Mamma Lucia, Mimi’s Handmade, and several other local businesses.
According to the Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) docket, Tipping Point is scheduled for a hearing on Thursday, November 6th. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the space already appears to be close to move-in ready, with minimal work remaining on the interior.
