The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying suspects involved in an armed robbery in Silver Spring.
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at approximately 7:52 p.m., the victim was cleaning his vehicle in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Quebec Terrace when a gray Hyundai sedan pulled up nearby. An armed suspect exited the vehicle, approached the victim and pointed a handgun at him. Two additional suspects then got out of the Hyundai and began searching the victim’s car.
The suspects stole the victim’s cell phone before fleeing in the Hyundai, which had an inoperative tag light and stoplight. All suspects were wearing dark clothing and masks.
