The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a triple stabbing in Derwood.
Detectives say 30-year-old Octavio Antonio Estevez is accused of stabbing two family members during an argument on Indian Hills Court around 9:20 a.m. on Monday, November 3, and then stabbing a Good Samaritan who tried to intervene before fleeing the scene on foot.
Police describe Estevez as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. All three adult victims were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone with information about Estevez’s whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Solvers of Montgomery County or submit a tip online; tips may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward.
