Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) and Montgomery County Police responded Thursday morning to a hit-and-run collision in Rockville involving a vehicle and a scooter.
Accordiny to police, the incident occurred around 8:53 a.m. near Frederick Road and East Gude Drive. A 16-year-old was transported with non-life-threatening injuries, according to preliminary information from police.
