Spirit Christmas has officially opened its Waldorf, MD location at 3009 Waldorf Market Place, in the former DSW Shoes space.
This marks part of Spirit’s nationwide expansion of its new holiday retail concept, growing from 10 to 30 stores this year. The Waldorf store had previously operated as a Spirit Halloween before transforming into Spirit Christmas for the holiday season.
Launched in 2024 by Spirit Halloween, Spirit Christmas offers festive décor, apparel, ornaments, interactive displays, and photo opportunities with Santa Claus.
Also for the holiday season, Toys“R”Us is opening a new flagship store at Arundel Mills in Hanover, part of its nationwide rollout of 10 new flagships and 20 seasonal shops by the end of the year.
