Pinstripes, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September and operates one Montgomery County location at 11920 Grand Park Avenue in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose, has now been acquired by Punch Bowl Social in partnership with Silverview Credit Partners and existing investors.
It was announced today that Punch Bowl Social has partnered with Silverview Credit Partners and its existing investors to acquire Pinstripes Holdings out of bankruptcy. According to the announcement, Pinstripes will continue to operate its seven U.S. locations as a standalone brand. All existing reservations and events will remain in place and will be honored during the transition.
Punch Bowl Social “is a lively venue offering modern, shareable dishes, creative cocktails, and signature punch bowls – paired with a full lineup of games and entertainment” that has a DMV-area location in Arlington, VA.
In the coming months, the company plans to work with stakeholders to evolve the brand by strengthening operations, implementing enhancements, and improving the overall guest experience.
