Update: All lanes of MD-650 (New Hampshire Avenue) at Snider Lane have reopened. Expect residual delays.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision at New Hampshire Avenue and Snider Lane in Cloverly on Wednesday evening.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the incident involved a vehicle that flipped over, trapped an occupant, and caught fire. Multiple units operated on scene, and some lanes are currently blocked.
Alert Montgomery issued the following at 5:45pm: Traffic incident closes northbound MD-650 (New Hampshire Avenue) at Snider Lane. Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.
