Onelife Fitness in Germantown Planning Major $3 Million Expansion

Onelife Fitness in Germantown is preparing for a major transformation as it moves forward with a $3 million renovation and expansion at its 20500 Seneca Meadows Parkway location. According to Maryland Newsletters, J.R. Bernlohr Architects of Annapolis has been selected to lead the project.

A representative for the gym confirms that the renovation will add 20,000 square feet to the existing facility, significantly enhancing both workout and recovery offerings. “Onelife Fitness Germantown will be adding 20,000 ft.² in its expansion, including a focus on studios, strength, training, and recovery services,” they shared.

One of the biggest upgrades will be the expansion of recovery amenities, an area that has grown increasingly popular among members. The gym plans to introduce more holistic wellness features, including red light therapy and massage services, creating a well-rounded environment that supports members before, during, and after workouts. Construction timelines have not yet been announced.
