27-Year-Old Germantown Man Killed in Early Sunday Morning Collision

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has released additional information about a single vehicle collision early Sunday morning on Route 27 in Damascus that left a 27 year old Germantown man dead.

According to MCPD, “At approximately 4:05 a.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel responded to the intersection of Ridge Road and Kings Valley Road for the report of a collision.

The driver, Bilcher Ronaldino Huinil Lopez, the sole occupant of the car, had been ejected and was found in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the Honda was traveling southbound when the driver lost control. Evidence at the scene suggests alcohol may have been a contributing factor.
