KLNB has completed the sale of 189 Kentlands Boulevard in Gaithersburg, a two-story, 19,880-square-foot office property positioned on 1.28 acres in the center of the Kentlands community. The building sold for $5.95 million to Community Options, which will occupy the property as an owner-user, according to ConnectCRE.
Per the report, KLNB Principals Ken Fellows and Matt Skalet represented the seller, The Levine Family Limited Partnership, marking their first opportunity working with the client. Long & Foster, whose name appears on the building, confirmed to The MoCoShow that it will remain in place as a major tenant in the building following the sale.
Situated on a prominent corner with frontage along both Great Seneca Highway and Quince Orchard Road, the property offers strong visibility and convenient access to surrounding neighborhoods and major roadways, including I-270. The site includes 68 dedicated parking spaces and sits steps from the retail and dining amenities that have made the Kentlands one of Montgomery County’s most recognizable mixed-use communities.
