A new era is beginning at 105 N Market Street in downtown Frederick. Fire & Oak Culinary Tavern will officially open on December 15 (soft opening), bringing a fresh dining experience to one of the city’s most historic and recognizable restaurant spaces.
The address was home to Firestone’s Culinary Tavern for more than twenty years. Its closing last year marked the end of an era for many Frederick residents who celebrated milestones, shared meals, and built memories within its walls. Fire & Oak says it is stepping into that history with intention and respect.
