Yummy Bowl is expanding its footprint in Maryland with the opening of its second Mongolian stir-fry location, this time in Hagerstown. The new restaurant is now open at 18089 Garland Groh Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21740. The phone number for the location is 240-382-2211.
The Hagerstown opening follows Yummy Bowl’s first Maryland location, which debuted in Rockville in the fall of 2024 at 2010 Veirs Mill Rd. That restaurant opened in the former Bamboo Buffet space in the Twinbrook Center and brought back a style of build-your-own Mongolian stir-fry that Montgomery County had not seen since BD’s Mongolian Grill closed in Bethesda.
Yummy Bowl’s concept centers around customizable Mongolian stir-fry bowls, where customers select proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces that are cooked fresh on a large flat-top grill. In addition to stir-fry, the menu also features sushi and rolls, ramen and udon soups, and other Asian-inspired dishes.
According to the restaurant’s website, Yummy Bowl aims to blend multiple Asian culinary traditions under one roof. “Welcome to Yummy Bowl, where Asian culinary traditions converge to create a feast for the whole family,” the website states. “From Mongolian Stirfry to authentic Japanese Ramen, premium sushi, and Korean fried chicken, our diverse menu offers something for every taste.”
