Panida Thai & Sushi Bar at 15106 Frederick Rd Ste C in the College Plaza shopping center in Rockville has closed after an approximate 10.5 year run. The restaurant took over the space that was previously home to Sushi EN in 2015
Panida featured a wide mix of Thai and Japanese dishes, including appetizers such as spring rolls, satay, edamame, and gyoza, along with Thai soups and salads like Tom Ka, Tom Yum, and papaya salad. Its sushi menu ranged from simple maki rolls to specialty options like the Rainbow Roll and Dragon Roll, plus assorted sushi and sashimi platters. Entrées included teriyaki, katsu, yakisoba, tempura, Thai stir-fries, curries, pad Thai, and fried rice dishes.
