Vehicle Fire and Entrapment After Two-Vehicle Collision

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a car and an SUV near Randolph Road and Livingston Street in Glenmont shortly before 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, which included a vehicle fire and reports of possible entrapment.

According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, approximately 30 firefighters responded to the scene. One adult was trapped and extricated after about 30 minutes and two patients were transported with non-life-threatening injuries. Some lanes were temporarily blocked during the response.
