Detectives with the Montgomery County Department of Police are asking for the public’s help identifying suspects connected to a strong-arm robbery reported last summer in Wheaton. The press release was shared by police on Friday, January 16th.
According to police, the incident occurred on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025, at approximately 3:59pm in the 11100 block of Veirs Mill Road. Investigators say four suspects approached two juvenile male victims inside a store and demanded their clothing items. When the victims refused, the suspects allegedly punched them and stole a jacket and shoes.
Police say the suspects then ran out of the store and fled the area in a dark-colored Honda Civic. The suspects are described as four Hispanic males, approximately 16 to 20 years old. Surveillance images released by police show the individuals inside the store around the time of the incident.
