Silver Branch Brewing Company has been named “The Best Brewery In Your State, Hands Down” by Mashed.
Silver Branch operates two locations in Montgomery County, its original brewery at 8401 Colesville Road in Silver Spring and a second taproom at 7301 Calhoun Place in Rockville, which opened last year in the former home of True Respite Brewing. The brewery’s Warrenton Station location in Virginia remains temporarily closed following a fire in December.

Last year, Silver Branch earned a Gold Medal at the 2025 Great American Beer Festival for its Glass Castle Czech-Style Pale Lager. According to the brewery, Glass Castle is a traditional Czech-style pale lager brewed year-round with Saaz hops, known for its crisp, balanced flavor and clean finish. The beer has been part of Silver Branch’s core lineup since the brewery opened in 2019 and is poured using an authentic Lukr faucet to achieve its signature smooth, creamy texture.
