Red Maple Asian Bistro has permanently closed at the Rock Creek Shopping Center, with the space now operating under a new concept, Narin Noodle Pho and Grill.
The restaurant, located at 8315 Grubb Road next to Parkway Deli in Silver Spring, has transitioned to Vietnamese cuisine and is already drawing positive attention from early customers. In just its first few days of operation, Narin Noodle has earned five 5-star reviews, with diners highlighting attentive service, friendly owners, generous portion sizes, and standout dishes including roast quail, chicken fried rice, and a variety of noodle offerings.
According to Source of the Spring, the space has seen multiple restaurant concepts over the years. It was previously home to Palais de Lune before being acquired in 2017 by restaurateur James Zheng. Zheng also owns Red Maple Asian Cuisine & Bar on Colesville Road in Four Corners, which will continue operating and is not affected by the closure at Rock Creek Shopping Center.
