With a winter storm watch in effect and an upgrade to a warning likely within the next 24 hours, FOX45 meteorologist Gerard Jebaily found a creative way to deliver a serious forecast by speaking directly to a younger audience.
Jebaily shared what he called a “Gen Z forecast for the kids,” translating the upcoming weather impacts into slang-heavy humor that quickly grabbed attention online. While the tone was playful, the forecast itself was anything but.
According to his post, the next six-seven days are expected to bring brutally cold temperatures, setting the stage for a significant winter storm. Snow is expected to be widespread, with at least six inches possible and some areas potentially approaching a foot. His full post can be seen below:
“The next 6-7 days? Boutta be brutal frfr😭 temps gonna be lower than the vibes in Ohio, no cap. Snow locked in an coming like a camera roll clear on Instagram: a DUMP. 6 inches easy, lowkey could get close to a foot. Don’t sleep on the ice tho or u will get cooked. Don’t pull up in this weather, I promise you are not built for it.. will kill your rizz. Stay home, rot in bed, play Fortnite and slay the snow day away. And remember: the only crash out allowed is if you lose control of your skibidi sled.”
