Metro has announced a list of critical bus routes that are expected to continue operating during severe winter weather as conditions are forecast to deteriorate quickly once precipitation begins.
To give riders time to plan ahead, Metro proactively identified 33 routes that will remain in service, though with varying frequencies. These routes are intended to support essential travel, particularly for customers heading to hospitals and other life-sustaining facilities.
The routes expected to continue operating are:
A40, A70, C11, C21, C31, C41, C53, C61, D1X, D20, D30, D40, D50, D6X, D70, D80, D90, F1X, F20, F23, F24, F60, M12, M20, M22, M54, M60, M70, P1X, P30, P40, P60, and P90.
At this time, all Metro bus routes are operating without disruption. However, riders are encouraged to closely monitor service conditions as the storm develops and be prepared for changes.
Metro advises customers to use MetroPulse and other official Metro service updates for real-time information on bus service impacts throughout the storm.
