The Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect connected to a vandalism incident at a residence operating as a daycare. Detectives with the department’s 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit released images as part of their investigation.
According to police, the incident occurred on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at approximately 12:39 pm in the 14000 block of London Lane in Rockville. Investigators said the suspect damaged multiple windows while children were present inside the home. No children were injured during the incident. The suspect is described as an unknown male, approximately 20 to 25 years old, wearing a blue surgical mask, black beanie, black glasses, and a black hoodie with a white Spider-Man logo. Police said the suspect sustained a cut to his right hand before leaving the scene.
Detectives reviewed Ring camera footage from the residence and obtained images and descriptions of the suspect.
