The Montgomery County Department of Police is investigating a stabbing that occurred Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the 11500 block of February Circle in Silver Spring.
According to detectives with the department’s 3rd District Investigative Section, the incident began around 4:20 pm when three suspects were seen slashing the tires of a vehicle. When the victim later located and confronted the suspects in the 11500 block of Lockwood Drive, a physical altercation occurred.
During the fight, the suspects stole the victim’s phone and stabbed the victim in the head before fleeing the area. Police described the suspects as two females, believed to be 15 to 16 years old, and one male wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and black skinny jeans. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Solvers of Montgomery County, with a reward of up to $10,000 offered for information leading to an arrest.
