Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a two-vehicle collision with a rollover Saturday evening in Rockville that left two people injured.
According to MCFRS spokesperson Pete Piringer, crews were dispatched at approximately 7 pm to 1350 Baltimore Road near Rockville Cemetery for a crash involving two vehicles. One of the vehicles overturned and firefighters had to perform an extrication to free a trapped occupant.
Firefighters removed the patient from the vehicle, and two people were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Units from A703, RS703, PE703, EMS704, and BC704 responded to the scene. Some lanes in the area were blocked while crews worked to clear the crash.
