A commercial property in downtown Bethesda that was previously home to Relic restaurant and lounge has sold for $3.8 million.
The building, located at 4936 Fairmont Ave, closed last week and was purchased by an investor. Today, the property is home to Dogtopia on the ground floor and Encrypted Escape, both of which will continue to operate under the new ownership.
The sale marks another notable transaction in the heart of Bethesda, where demand for well-located retail and mixed-use spaces remains strong. The deal was brokered by Alex Alperstein, Clark Turner, and Chris Vondas of Bethesda-based AdvisoRE LLC.
