Indoor Golf Concept ParCiti Advances Plans for Maryland Debut

ParCiti Golf is taking another step toward opening its first Maryland location in Bethesda. The company first launched in Arlington, Virginia in summer 2023 and has been working to expand into Bethesda since signing a lease at the Old Georgetown Road location last year.

The indoor golf concept is scheduled to appear before the Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) Board on Thursday, April 9, for a hearing on a new Class D beer, wine, and liquor license for on-site consumption. The application is tied to its planned location at 7500 Old Georgetown Road, Suite 5.

ParCiti Golf is a high-tech indoor facility that allows players to virtually play some of the world’s most well-known courses using advanced simulators. The concept offers a climate-controlled, immersive experience designed for golfers of all skill levels, similar to other simulator-based venues.

At the time, ParCiti said the Bethesda site would bring the same experience as its flagship Arlington location, with co-founders highlighting the area’s strong golf community and year-round appeal for an indoor facility.

While the Bethesda location did not meet its originally anticipated summer 2025 opening timeline, the upcoming liquor license hearing signals continued progress as the project moves closer to opening.
