Update: This incident is now being investigated as a homicide.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), 1st District officers were dispatched at approximately 10:20pm on Friday to the 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville for the report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. His condition has not been confirmed at this time.
No suspect or suspects are currently in custody. The investigation remains active, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
