Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded Saturday morning to a collision at Frederick Road and East Gude Drive in Rockville.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, an ambulance was involved in a collision while transporting a patient to the hospital.
One person in another vehicle was trapped. That individual has since been extricated. At least two patients are being transported. This includes one priority 1 and one priority 2 patient. Some lanes in the area are blocked.
