Montgomery County Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Friday, March 27, 2026, at approximately 10:20 pm in the 12900 block of Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville.
According to police, officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service personnel responded to the scene and located a 20-year-old man in a parking lot with apparent gunshot wounds.
Officers began CPR until Fire Rescue personnel arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The case is being investigated by the Major Crimes Division’s Homicide Unit. No suspect information is available, and no arrests have been made.
