Montgomery County Police and Montgomery County Fire Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded around 7:05pm to the 18000 block of Vintage River Terrace near Morningwood Drive in Olney for a reported hit-and-run involving a bicyclist.
A 13-year-old was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. According to police, the striking vehicle fled the scene, and no suspect or vehicle description is currently available. The investigation is ongoing.
