One Year After Jack Fitzgerald’s Death, Company Launches New Training Center

Fitzgerald Auto Malls has launched the Jack Fitzgerald Center for Sales and Leadership Excellence (JFCOE) in Rockville, a new training and development platform aimed at strengthening its employee-owners and delivering a more consistent, high-quality guest experience, one year after the death of founder Jack Fitzgerald.

The program formalizes an initiative introduced earlier this year and focuses on developing talent from within through a mix of live training, online learning, and outside facilitators, reinforcing the company’s customer-first “FitzWay” approach.

The launch also coincides with the company’s 60th year in business and reflects Fitzgerald’s long-standing emphasis on honesty, transparency, and respect. Now a 100% employee-owned company, Fitzgerald Auto Malls says the program is designed to support long-term careers while strengthening leadership, accountability, and relationships with the communities it serves.
