Permanent signage is now up for Wonder’s upcoming Rockville location as the modern food hall concept prepares to enter the Montgomery County market.
The new Rockville site, located at 12240 Rockville Pike in Towne Plaza, is expected to be Wonder’s first Montgomery County location. The restaurant is taking over the former Stephen Anthony Salon space next to California Fish Grill, with an opening anticipated this spring.
Wonder, a multi-concept dining platform that blends dine in, takeout, and delivery, is also expanding elsewhere in the County.
In Germantown, Wonder will take over the former Jos. A. Bank storefront at 20936 Frederick Road in Neelsville Village Center, a space previously slated for an Amazon 4-star store before that concept was scrapped. In Gaithersburg, the company plans to open in the Kentlands, occupying part of the former Party City space, which is being subdivided into multiple storefronts following the retailer’s closure. A fourth planned location will be in Burtonsville Crossing, where it will occupy a space between Haraz Coffee House and Eggspectation.
