Montgomery County Police have arrested and charged two individuals in connection with a stabbing that occurred February 28 in the 11500 block of February Circle in Silver Spring.
According to MCPD, officers initially responded around 4:21 pm for a report of vandalism, which escalated after a victim confronted two suspects who were blocking an apartment entrance. The suspects, identified as 25-year-old Destiny Iyonna Lesueur and 27-year-old Eric Dewayne Harris Jr., allegedly slashed the victim’s vehicle tires before fleeing the scene.
