Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded Saturday morning around 11:15 am to the 25900 block of Ridge Road in Damascus for a tow truck that became entangled in power lines.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the driver was able to exit the vehicle safely with the help of a neighbor using a ladder before firefighters arrived. No injuries were reported.
Some lanes were blocked in the area as crews worked on the scene.
