Annapolis Irish Festival

Headlined by internationally recognized acts like Scythian, Gaelic Storm, and Carbon Leaf, the Annapolis Irish Festival blends traditional Irish culture with modern rock festival vibes.

Haven’t heard of Gaelic Storm? Are you sure? They were the band in James Cameron’s Titanic and went from local stars to national powerhouses. We are lucky to have them right here in Maryland so don’t miss out!

Maryland Seafood Festival (60th Anniversary)

  • Live music and family activities

Set against the backdrop of the Bay Bridge, it’s one of the most iconic events in the state.

The Peake Run: Big Ducking 10K

This is more than just a race. It’s a full morning experience along the Chesapeake Bay, followed immediately by the Maryland Seafood Festival.

Choose your distance:

  • 10K (Featured race – 6.2 miles)
  • 5K – Scenic and perfect for all levels
  • 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk – Family-friendly

Will We See You This Year?

These aren’t just events, they’re full-day experiences designed around food, music, community, and now movement. Whether you’re planning a date day, bringing the kids, racing with friends, or just relaxing by the water, there’s something for everyone.

This version keeps the same tone and flow as your original while smoothly replacing the Wing Festival with the Big Ducking Run as the lead/active event. It highlights the connection to the Seafood Festival and Mama Duck without repeating too much information.

Would you like a slightly shorter version, or any tweaks to emphasis (more on the run, more on the seafood festival, etc.)?

The course starts and finishes at East Beach with stunning views of the Bay Bridge and runs along the brand-new Broadneck Peninsula Trail. All races finish before the festival opens, so you can go straight from the finish line to crab cakes, oysters, cold drinks, and live music.
