Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police 3rd District Investigative Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying four suspects connected to a commercial burglary at DTLR inside City Place Mall in Silver Spring.
According to police, the burglary occurred on Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 11:45 pm at the store located in the 8600 block of Colesville Road. Investigators say the suspects entered the business, stole merchandise, and fled the scene.
Police described the suspects as:
• A Black female wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt, light-colored headband, black shoes, and carrying a blue backpack
• A Black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, white/silver/black shoes, and carrying a black Nike backpack
• A Black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray shorts, red/white sneakers, and carrying a blue JanSport backpack
• A Black male wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and red/white sneakers
