Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigation Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Hope Rubenstein, a missing Silver Spring woman.
Rubinstein was last seen on Friday, July 3, 2026, at approximately 7 a.m., in the 300 block of University Blvd. East in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 135 lbs., with brown eyes, gray curly hair. She was last seen wearing an unknown color shirt, blue jeans. Her hair was last styled in a ponytail and she is not wearing her glasses.
