Montgomery County Police 3rd District officers responded at approximately 11:21 p.m. on Thursday to the 8000 block of Eastern Avenue in Silver Spring for a reported non-contact shooting.
No injuries were reported. At this time, no suspect is in custody. The investigation remains ongoing.
