Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department’s Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Matthew Derrick Baibi.
According to police, Matthew was last seen on Saturday, July 18, near Allied Place in Gaithersburg.
He is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with black hair featuring blonde dreadlocks and brown eyes. Police said it is unknown what he was wearing when he was last seen.
