A new Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is coming to Damascus. The new location will be at 26324 Ridge Rd., taking over the space previously occupied by a barbershop.
An opening date has not yet been announced, but the location is now listed as “Coming Soon” on Rita’s website and mobile app. It is also unclear whether the Damascus shop will operate seasonally or remain open year-round, as Rita’s locations vary.
Known for its Italian ice, frozen custard, and signature Gelati, Rita’s has become a popular destination for frozen treats. The chain offers fresh-made Italian ice in a rotating selection of fruit and specialty flavors, rich frozen custard, milkshakes, and Misto concretes, with many locations featuring a simple walk-up format that’s especially popular during the warmer months.
