The owners of Lime & Cilantro are preparing to open a new restaurant in downtown Silver Spring. Their latest concept, Moco Crust, is coming to 1907 Seminary Road, taking over the former Meleket space.
Moco Crust will feature a menu of eight specialty pizzas, weekend pasta specials and a variety of other dishes designed to bring something new to the neighborhood. The owners are currently completing the final step in the alcohol licensing process, with a hearing scheduled for Sept. 3. Once approved, the restaurant plans to offer an elevated cocktail program to complement its food menu.
While awaiting the hearing, the team is hoping to open by mid-August. Chef Danny and his partner, Fathi, say they are excited to introduce Moco Crust to the community and look forward to welcoming guests soon.
