A GoFundMe fundraiser has been established to support the Rockville family of Rylee Eutzy, who unexpectedly passed away at 17, according to the fundraising page.
Organizers describe Rylee as a beloved daughter, proud sister and friend who touched the lives of many people who knew her. The fundraiser will help cover unexpected expenses so her family can focus on grieving, remembering Rylee and supporting one another.
Jason Lomax, a teacher at Rockville High School and friend of the family, shared a message on behalf of Rylee’s mother, Lindsey Palmeter, thanking those who have offered support. “On behalf of Rylee’s mom, Lindsey Palmeter, and family thank you for the love, prayers, donations, and support you have shown during this devastating time,” Lomax wrote.
Lomax said all funds will go directly to Rylee’s mother to help with the unexpected expenses associated with her daughter’s death. Organizers encouraged those unable to donate to consider sharing the fundraiser and keeping Rylee and her family in their thoughts.
“Rylee’s life was far too short, but the memories she created will remain forever,” the fundraising page states. The information shared does not identify a cause of death.
