A new Primrose preschool and child care center is planned for 20420 Century Blvd in Germantown.
According to Maryland Newsletters, a commercial permit has been issued for a $2.88 million fitout of the 17,414 SF space. An opening timeframe is not yet available.
Primrose Schools is a national network of accredited private preschools offering early education and child care. Its schools are operated by franchise owners, with leadership teams and staff working alongside parents to support children’s learning and development.
Primrose has additional Montgomery County locations in Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Rockville and Silver Spring.
