Andy’s Pizza has been named the winner of Washington City Paper’s “Best Late Night Eats” award in the publication’s 2026 Best of D.C. readers’ poll, competing against restaurants throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Andy’s also won the poll’s “Best Pizza” award, as previously reported. Founded by Montgomery County native Andy Brown, the pizza brand operates 14 locations across the DMV, including three in Montgomery County: Downtown Bethesda, Gaithersburg and Westfield Montgomery Mall.
Duke’s Grocery, which has a location in Potomac, and Quarry House Tavern in Silver Spring were also named finalists for “Best Late Night Eats.” They were the only other Maryland restaurants represented among the finalists, giving all three Maryland honorees a Montgomery County connection.
Andy’s is known for its New York-style pizza, featuring a thin, crisp crust with a slight char inspired by classic New York slices. The recognition adds to a year of awards for the company, which was also named Fast Casual Restaurant of the Year at the 2026 RAMMY Awards.
