TOUS Les JOURS will begin a soft opening at its new Olney bakery on Thursday, October 8, at 3333 Olney Sandy Spring Road, taking over the former Five Guys space.
According to the bakery, the soft opening will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 9. Hours will expand to 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11.
Five Guys closed the Olney location in December 2025 after several years in the shopping center, telling customers at the time that the brand planned to return to the area in the future.
TOUS Les JOURS is a French-Asian bakery known for breads, pastries and cakes baked in-store daily. Its menu also includes coffee, espresso-based drinks and teas.
The Olney bakery will be TOUS Les JOURS’ third Montgomery County location, joining locations inside New Grand Mart in Germantown and at Rio in Gaithersburg.
