A CSX freight train car derailed and came to rest on its side near Mannakee Street and Montgomery College’s Rockville campus Monday afternoon, October 12.
An aerial view showed a single railcar off the tracks and lying on its side. According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, no injuries, hazardous materials or fire were reported
